Ingredients:

3oz Cooked Chicken Breast
3 Tbsp Red Onion
2-3 Tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Lime Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on a wrap, rice cakes, panini, or by itself!
