
Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
3 Medium Bananas
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 1/4 Cup White Flour
1/2 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mash bananas, add all wet ingredients (banana, yogurt, eggs) into mixing bowl. Mix until a smooth batter
Add in dry ingredients to the batter. Mix until combined.
Bake at 350° for 50 - 60mins.
Once done baking, slice into 8 servings.
