Banana Bread

Ingredients:⁣

  • 1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt⁣

  • 3 Medium Bananas⁣

  • 2 Eggs⁣

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup ⁣

  • 1 1/4 Cup White Flour ⁣

  • 1/2 Cup Oats⁣

  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips⁣

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda⁣

Directions: ⁣

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mash bananas, add all wet ingredients (banana, yogurt, eggs) into mixing bowl. Mix until a smooth batter

  3. Add in dry ingredients to the batter. Mix until combined. ⁣

  4. Bake at 350° for 50 - 60mins. ⁣

  5. Once done baking, slice into 8 servings.
