Big Mac Mac & Cheese

  • 1 Box of Banza Mac and Cheese Classic Cheddar

  • 1lb 95% Lean Ground Beef

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 10 Tbsp Hidden Valley Secret Sauce

  • 5oz cheddar cheese

  • 5 Pickle Spears

  • 1 Cup Tomatoes

  • 1 Sweet Onion, Diced

  • 2 Tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, & Umami


  1. Prepare the Banza mac & cheese as directed on box.

  2. Cook ground beef in a pan with half the onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, umami, and garlic powder.

  3. Plate mac n cheese first, top with 2-3 tbsp Panko per serving and Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Top with beef and1oz of cheese per serving.

  4. Add 2 tbsp of the Secret Sauce per serving (this is was really hits the big mac taste home).

  5. Top with pickle, raw onion & tomato to your liking!
