1lb of Chicken Breast, cooked
5 Slices of Bacon
1oz Parmesan Cheese
1oz Mozzarella Cheese
3 Egg Yolks
3 Whole Eggs
1 Head of Broccoli, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil pasta as directed on box.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Lay broccoli and bacon on a baking pan & season. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Crumble bacon once done.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, whole eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
Toss in chicken, noodles, bacon and broccoli.
Evenly distribute into 5 containers & top with parsley.
