Chicken and Bacon Carbonara


  • 1lb of Chicken Breast, cooked

  • 5 Slices of Bacon

  • 14oz Pasta

  • 1oz Parmesan Cheese

  • 1oz Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3 Egg Yolks

  • 3 Whole Eggs

  • 1 Head of Broccoli, chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Parsley, garnish


  1. Boil pasta as directed on box.

  2. Preheat oven to 400F.

  3. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Lay broccoli and bacon on a baking pan & season. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Crumble bacon once done.

  5. In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, whole eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.

  6. Toss in chicken, noodles, bacon and broccoli.

  7. Evenly distribute into 5 containers & top with parsley.
