Ingredients: Chicken Nuggets:
1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Cup Chicken Broth
2-3 Cups Water
1.5lbs Red Potatoes, diced
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
12 oz Green Beans
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sweet Corn, drained
1 Cup Turkey Gravy
Pre-heat air fryer to 375F.
Mix bread crumbs and spices together until combined.
Toss cubed chicken until coated in bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken in air fryer on top 2 racks.
Add green beans to the bottom rack- spray with oil, salt & pepper to taste.
Cook for 8 minutes- flip & cook an additional 8 minutes.
Add potatoes to a medium sauce pan. Add chicken broth & enough water (2-3 cups) to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil & cook for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, reserve 1/2 cup water & drain remaining water from pan. Use masher to mash potatoes until smooth.
Add the sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. If needed, slowly add in reserved water for a creamier texture.
In 5 separate containers, layer mashed potatoes, green beans, chicken, corn, cheddar cheese and top with gravy.
