1 Cup Peanut Butter
2/3 Cup Unrefined Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Applesauce
1/4 Cup, Plus 2 Tbsp Oat Flour
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°f.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except for chocolate chips.
Line 24 mini cupcake tins.
Scoop about 2 tbsp of batter into each cupcake liner.
Top each bite with a few chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Heat 2 tbsp of peanut butter and mix in 2 tsp of cocoa powder. Drizzle on top of bites.
