Protein Apple Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Protein Powder

  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 Peeled Apple, diced

  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt


Directions:

  1. Mix protein powder, flour, baking powder and seasonings together

  2. Cut in butter using two knives

  3. Add in diced apple and mix in Greek yogurt

  4. Flour a flat surface and form dough into 2 fritters

  5. Air fry at 375°f for 12 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Top with optional glaze
