
Protein Apple Fritters

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Protein Powder
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Apple Pie Spice Seasoning
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Peeled Apple, diced
2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
Directions:
Mix protein powder, flour, baking powder and seasonings together
Cut in butter using two knives
Add in diced apple and mix in Greek yogurt
Flour a flat surface and form dough into 2 fritters
Air fry at 375°f for 12 minutes or until golden brown
Top with optional glaze
