Shrimp Asian Salad

Ingredients:⁣

  • 1/3 Cup Quinoa

  • 1 Bag Mixed Salad Greens

  • 1/4 Bunch Cilantro, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Asian Dressing

  • 1 Cup Celery, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 7oz Block of Feta Cheese

  • 16oz Cooked Shrimp ⁣

  • 4 Tbsp Dried Cranberries


Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa as instructed on box.

  2. Toss all salad ingredients together and top with shrimp!
