
Shrimp Asian Salad
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Quinoa
1 Bag Mixed Salad Greens
1/4 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp Asian Dressing
1 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 7oz Block of Feta Cheese
16oz Cooked Shrimp
4 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
Directions:
Cook quinoa as instructed on box.
Toss all salad ingredients together and top with shrimp!
