1.5lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup No Sugar Added Barbecue Sauce
1/2 Medium Onion, Sliced
5 oz (5 slices) 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
5 Pickle Spears
5 Whole Grain Buns
4 Cups Rainbow Slaw
0.5 Cup low fat Mayo
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Celery Seeds
1/2 Medium Onion, Diced Finely
Set grill to medium-high heat.
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, spices and mix until combined.
Form 5 even burgers. Spritz the grill with oil and place burgers on grill for 5 minutes on each side. Add 1 oz of cheddar cheese to each burger once coated with sauce.
Cut onion in half, slice half of the onion and saute on the grill for 3-5 minutes.
For the cole slaw, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
Plate 1 burger, cole slaw, pickle and bun into 5 separate containers. Cole slaw can be used as an additional topping for the burger.
