Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
1 Cup Banana, mashed
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tsp White or Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients to form a batter. Separate batter into 12 muffins.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
