Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Banana, mashed

  • 2 Tbsp Almond Milk⁣

  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract⁣

  • 2 tsp White or Cider Vinegar⁣

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter⁣

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour⁣

  • 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp Salt⁣

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda ⁣

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder⁣

  • 1/3 Cup Honey⁣

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F⁣

  2. Combine all ingredients to form a batter. Separate batter into 12 muffins.

  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
