Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Chicken
1/2 Cup Celery, diced
1/2 Cup Carrots, diced
1/3 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup 2% Milk
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
Cheddar Cheese, to top
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small bowl, combine your oats in 1/3 cup milk until softened and soaked up. Set aside.
Dice your vegetables and mix together with all other ingredients.
Place mixture into loaf dish evenly. Top mixture with cheddar cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
