Gazpacho

Gazpacho Ingredients:
4 lbs Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
2 Frying Peppers
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Onion
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Purée all ingredients together using a food processor or blender.
Strain into a glass pitcher & chill for 6 hours.
Serve cold with a drizzle of olive oil on the top of the gazpacho!
