Gazpacho

Gazpacho Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs Tomatoes⁣

  • 2 Cucumbers⁣

  • 2 Frying Peppers⁣

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic⁣

  • 1 Medium Onion⁣

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil⁣

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste ⁣

Directions:

  • Purée all ingredients together using a food processor or blender. ⁣

  • Strain into a glass pitcher & chill for 6 hours. ⁣

  • Serve cold with a drizzle of olive oil on the top of the gazpacho!
