Lobster Mac & Cheese
2 8oz Boxes of Banza Pasta
4 Cups Fairlife 2% milk
6 Cups Italian Cheese Blend
1 Stick Kerygold Butter
1/2 Cup Ancient Grain & Flax Flour
1.5lbs Cooked Lobster Meat
2 tsp Salt
Pepper & Nutmeg, to taste
Prepare pasta as directed on box. Rinse & set aside.
Meanwhile, melt butter over heat. Then stir in the flour. Heat for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the 4 cups of milk. Wait until hot, then slowly add cheese.
Now add pasta and lobster, then stir until well mixed. Enjoy!
