Lobster Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 8oz Boxes of Banza Pasta⁣

  • 4 Cups Fairlife 2% milk ⁣

  • 6 Cups Italian Cheese Blend

  • 1 Stick Kerygold Butter ⁣

  • 1/2 Cup Ancient Grain & Flax Flour

  • 1.5lbs Cooked Lobster Meat

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • Pepper & Nutmeg, to taste⁣


Directions:

  1. Prepare pasta as directed on box. Rinse & set aside.⁣

  2. Meanwhile, melt butter over heat. Then stir in the flour. Heat for about 2 minutes.⁣

  3. Stir in the 4 cups of milk. Wait until hot, then slowly add cheese.⁣

  4. Now add pasta and lobster, then stir until well mixed. Enjoy!
