Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
1 8oz Box Banza Rotini Pasta
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Large Yellow Pepper
1 Bunch Raw Parsley
1 Can Chickpeas, drained/rinsed
1 Cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
4.5oz Container Wegman's Turkey Pepperoni
Dressing:
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried aParsley
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Honey
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, cook banza pasta as directed
Cut vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, chop red onion, chop parsley and dice yellow pepper
Cut turkey pepperoni into bite sized pieces
For the dressing: add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl, whisk until combined.
When pasta is done, rinse with cold water and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add in veggies, feta cheese, chickpeas & pepperoni- mix until combined.
Once combined, stir in dressing.
Separate into 5 containers
