Air Fryer Chicken Parm


  • 5 Chicken Cutlets

  • 1/2 Cup White Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce, separated 1 cup and 1/2 cup

  • 1 Egg

  • 12 oz Spaghetti

  • 3 Medium Zucchini

  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Bring pot of salt water to a boil.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 360 f and preheat oven to 425f.

  3. Slice zucchini and spray with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 9-12 minutes.

  4. When the water starts to boil add spaghetti and cook for 12 minutes. When it is done cooking drain spaghetti, put it back into the pot and mix in 1 cup of marinara sauce

  5. In a medium bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.

  6. In another bowl, crack and whisk egg.

  7. Salt and pepper the chicken then dip chicken into egg and then breadcrumb mixture.

  8. Add chicken in a single layer to air fryer, cook for 12 minutes.

  9. Then top chicken with ½ cup marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, cook for another 2 minutes to melt cheese.

  10. Plate by evenly distributing spaghetti, zucchini, and chicken into 5 containers.
