Birthday Cake Concussion Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1.25 Cups Peanut Butter

  • 1 Cup Oats

  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 Cup Craisins

  • 8 Dates, chopped

  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 3 Tbsp Honey

  • 3 Scoops Whey (We used Birthday Cake)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Once well incorporated, roll out into individual bite-sized balls.
