Ingredients:
24 oz Salmon
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
1 Lemon, Sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Ginger, Minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, 1/2 squeezed lemon, minced garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Heat oil in a pan. While pan is heating up, season fish with salt & pepper, and place in the pan with skin side up. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, add lemon slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Flip the salmon and keep basting the salmon with the sauce. Remove salmon and continue cooking the sauce until it thickens
