Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon


  • 24 oz Salmon

  • 1/4 Cup Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed

  • 1 Lemon, Sliced

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, Minced

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, 1/2 squeezed lemon, minced garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan. While pan is heating up, season fish with salt & pepper, and place in the pan with skin side up. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, add lemon slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Flip the salmon and keep basting the salmon with the sauce. Remove salmon and continue cooking the sauce until it thickens
