Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour⁣⁣

  • 6 Tbsp Cacao ⁣⁣Powder

  • 3/4 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener⁣⁣

  • 1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt⁣⁣

  • 3/4 Cup Water ⁣⁣

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter⁣⁣

  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp Salt⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁣⁣F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and fold until combined. The consistency should be thick like hummus.

  3. Pour batter into a cake tin and bake for 25 minutes⁣.⁣

  4. Once done, cut into 9 slices.

  5. Top with icing or eat as a delicious treat plain.
