1 Cup Oat Flour
6 Tbsp Cacao Powder
3/4 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together and fold until combined. The consistency should be thick like hummus.
Pour batter into a cake tin and bake for 25 minutes.
Once done, cut into 9 slices.
Top with icing or eat as a delicious treat plain.
