Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1 Cup Flour (ancient grain)

  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Melted

  • Optional: Strawberries, Bananas, Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and add remaining ingredients and mix until blended well.

  2. Heat pan on medium heat, add batter to pan and swirl the pan to coat the bottom with a thin layer of the batter. When small bubbles form, flip the crepe and cook the other side.

  3. Top with fruit, nut butter, and/or whipped cream--we choose 4 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 2 Tbsp Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter
