3/4 Cup Sweet Potato Baked & Pureed
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips + More for the Top, Optional
2/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 325°f. Prepare a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Using a food processor, blend the baked sweet potato until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until evenly mixed. *batter will be thick.
Press dough into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. *It may look underdone when you take it out, but it firms as it cools
