Indonesian Spiced Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound Ground Lamb

  • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 Jar (7.8oz) of Nasi Goreng Paste

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 Cups Cooked Rice

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

  • Salt & Pepper


Directions:

  1. In a large pan, scramble eggs and set aside

  2. In the same pan, heat olive oil and nasi goreng paste for a minute

  3. Add in lamb and cook through

  4. Mix in beans, salt, pepper, cumin, and turmeric

  5. On your plate, fold eggs into rice. Pour lamb and beans into bowl to serve.
