Pumpkin Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Flour (any kind)

  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2/3 Cup Sugar (any kind)

  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a consistent batter. The batter gets pretty thick, so you’ll have to scoop the dough/batter into lightly greased mini cupcake pan. This recipe makes 24 brownies.

  2. Bake for 10min @ 350°F. It looks underdone when you take it out, but it firms up as it cools!
