32oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Package of Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to a large mixing bowl, mix until combined.
Add in pudding mix, stir until thick.
Measure out 5, 1 cup servings. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
