Vegetarian Edamame Pasta


  • 2oz Edamame Pasta, dry

  • 2 Cups Spinach

  • 1/5 Cup Grape Tomatoes

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • 1oz Feta Cheese


  1. Cook pasta as instructed on box.

  2. Spritz pan with oil, heat on medium. Once warm add spinach, garlic, and tomatoes. Stir and cook until soft.

  3. Plate pasta placing the spinach and tomato mix on top.

  4. Sprinkle feta on top and enjoy!
